·         Configuration and maintenance of Salesforce

·         Set-up of user profiles and security settings

·         Set-up of Chatter, Sandbox and Community

·         Environment Management

·         Expanding and refining sharing rules and access privileges

·         Data Exports, snapshots, daily and weekly health check-up and periodic maintenance as per customer requirements

·         Deployment and Release Management
