. SAP PP-PI Consultant with SAP MES integration Experience
Description: Looking for an SAP ECC Functional Business Analyst to assist us with SAP MES Project.
The functional areas of focus would be SAP PP with strong emphasis in manufacturing (Shop Floor Execution) in a discrete environment with some exposure to integration of SAP MES systems
REQUIRED SKILLS:
· SAP PP (Shop Floor Master Data (BOM, WC, Routing, consumption (forward and backflush), goods receipt, inventory moves)
· SAP QM (Limited exposure ok)
· Manufacturing à Discrete
· SAP-MES interface (PI Exposure, IDOC process, IDOC Error Handling)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Develop detailed functional and technical specifications for changes to the SAP ECC systems.
· Implementation of SAP PP PI, MRP, SAP-MES interface, and QM in SAP ECC; perform relevant configuration for all these areas.
· Consult with other custom code developers and provide technical specs for interfaced solutions.
· Integrate PP PI, QM, MRP functionality
EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS IS A MUST
2. SAP QA Validation Analyst
SAP Quality Assurance and Validation Analyst: To manage and ensure that the project schedules are adhered to as per the client specifications and deliveries are as per the time and quality standards. Should require Hands on experience in Validation of SAP modules. Non- product software validation. Good Understanding of FDA (21 CFR Part 210 & 211, 21 CFR Part 11) and GAMP guidelines applicable to computer system validation. Authoring/executing Validation Master Plan, Installation Qualification (IQ), Risk Assessment/GxP assessment, Operational Qualification (OQ), and Performance Qualification (PQ) Protocols, Test Scripts, and Completion/Summary Reports as per the compliance requirements. Knowledge of HPQC and SAP testing Validation ; not SAP testers • Candidate should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. Requirements: Bachelor''s degree in computer science, computer engineering, life science, or any other relevant degree. Minimum of 5 years professional experience in medical devices or pharma computer systems validation OR in computer systems quality assurance (medical device and/or consulting background Technical proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite of tools required, especially Microsoft Word and Excel is required. Experience with a Validation of GxP applications is required
3. SAP BASIS Consultant
A Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, or other related scientific or technical discipline is required
Minimum 5 years Basis experience
experience in SAP systems installation and administration with three or more of the following SAP areas: ECC, BI, EP, PI/PO, Netweaver, ABAP, HANA, and operational BASIS administration.
The ability to communicate politely, clearly and effectively and persuade and/or influence internal customers at a high level such as senior management on matters of a technical issues.
Must possess excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment with minimal guidance.
SAP BASIS administration and technical core competencies for tasks including installations and upgrades, problem determination and resolution, software patching, support package application, performance tuning, and project sizing.
Proven track record using analytical skills to evaluate system performance, system health checks, and implementation of tuning improvements.
Knowledge of software development life cycle methodologies
Desire to contribute to a fast paced, growth-oriented business unit
Responsible for documenting the design and landscape of all SAP environments.
HANA knowledge if have is good but not mandatory at all.
We are looking for someone who has worked extensively in SAP ECC as SAP BASIS Consultant
4. SAP BW Developer
Lead the SAP BW Production Support ensuring adherence to SLA on Reporting availability and issue resolution. • Work with Business Analysts and Data Architects(in BW) and develop/coordinate technical models per Business requirement. • Unit Test and coordinate the Business UAT. • Mentor the new team members in BW Production support till they scale up to independently handle the support. Job Description • Lead the SAP BW and Native HANA Production Support ensuring adherence to SLA on Reporting availability and issue resolution. • Work with Business Analysts and Data Architects(in BW ) and develop/coordinate technical models per Business requirement. • Sound Technical Knowledge in Business Warehouse(BW 7.3) and Business Explorer in required. • Should have extensive hands on experience in performance tuned BW & HANA modeling along with Production support for Process chains and Reports built in BW. • Should have exposure to Business Objects(BICS and Universe Reporting). Candidates should be flexible / willing to work across this delivery landscape which includes and not limited to Agile Applications Development, Support and Deployment
