Job Overview: An Office 365 Lead Technical is expected to be knowledgeable in two or more technologies within the Office 365 collaboration suite with focus on SharePoint. Technical Lead that has operational experience with the Office 365 platform, collaboration strategy, infrastructure architecture, Operational team management and thought leadership skills. Responsibilities -
Own and aggressively drive forward specific areas of technology operations. -
Provide day to day Operational Leadership & Governance for the teams on Office 365 such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, Planner, OneDrive for Business, Power Apps, Flow, PowerBI, Stream, and others. -
Lead & Manage any O365/SharePoint SLAs as required -
Lead & Manage O365/SharePoint Change Management -
Lead & Manage O36/SharePoint RCA/Problem Management -
Lead & Major O365/SharePoint Incidents (P1/P2) -
Lead & Manage O365/SharePopint Documentation (KB Articles, SOP, etc) -
Project and solution estimation and team structure definition. -
Lead offshore team and clients for resolving technical dependencies, issues, and risks. -
Drive common vision, practices and capabilities across teams. -
Engage with business stakeholders to understand required capabilities, integrating business knowledge with technical solutions. -
Engage with Technical Architects and technical staff to determine the most appropriate technical strategy and designs to meet business needs. -
Demonstrate broad solutions technical leadership, impacting significant technical direction, exerting influence outside of the immediate team and driving change. Qualifications -
Minimum 4 years of professional experience with Microsoft Stack. -
At least 2 project implementations that exploit the full capabilities (discover, design, implement and optimize) of Microsoft Technologies (Office 365, SharePoint, etc.) -
Have a solid understanding of delivery methodology and work within a team for the implementation of the solution according to the design/architecture. -
Experience in day to day Operational Management & Governance. -
Demonstrated success in performing work and managing complex and/or large consulting projects. -
Proficient in authoring, editing and presenting technical documents. -
Ability to elicit requirements and communicate clearly with non-technical individuals, development teams, and other ancillary project members. -
Strong written and oral communication skills; Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical staff. -
Desire to mentor younger team members and develop their skills. -
Experience working on multiple concurrent projects. -
Excellent problem-solving skills. Be independent and self-driven.
