Role : .Net Lead
Location: NYC, NY
Duration: Contract 12+ Months
 
Front End : (Asp.Net, MVC, JavaScript)
Middleware : (WebApi or WCF)
Database : Good in backend
 
Must Have Skills: .Net, C#, IIS, MS SQL Server and Frond end technologies
Desired Skills: E-commerce Domain knowledge, Endeca
 
Project Details:
Online Ecommerce site built by in house developed (Dot net) ecommerce framework hosted on IIS server. This is highly transactional site with huge volume of orders. Cognizant taking over the maintenance, enhancements and new functional development.
 
Job Roles / Responsibilities:
1.            Responsible to triage the production incidents and find out the root cause of the incident
2.            Resolve the production tickets
3.            Create and maintain the standard operating procedure
4.            Work with SMEs and Architects to understand the requirements. design and get the changes implemented
5.            Design and code the new requirements
6.            Responsible to work with offshore to get the functionalities delivered
