Job title: Sr SQL Server DBA with Oracle 12C

Location: Vancouver Washington

Need minimum 8+ years of experience.

Need only GC or Citizen.

 

 

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer having DBA experience of 5 to 9 years in Vancouver, WA

Technical Skills:

•             Excellent understanding & hands on experience MS-SQL-Server 2017 & Oracle 12c, installation, restore, backup and monitoring user access and security

•             Database structures, concepts, diagrams, temporal tables, SQL queries, writing procedure, view, triggers

•             Excellent understanding of how to cross-link, parse, store & extract data across multiple databases and access points, including connectivity inside & outside the HP firewall.

•             Excellent understanding and hands on experience on Microsoft – SQL Server Integrated Services SSIS (ETL)

•             Provides recommendations to technical staff,  documentation, solutions, processes, Data/Metrics Analysis, Networking

•             Create new database or improve existing database technologies, applications and solutions, including methods, approaches and execution

•             Excellent communication skills (Verbal and Written both in English) and independent problem-solving skills

•             Ability to setup data cleansing & correction algorithms for cleaning up data prior to transfer the data into the database

•             Experience on handling big data & multiple database

•             Some experience in non-relational databases a plus.

•             Result oriented team player

•             Good in communication

•             Interpersonal skills

 

Qualification:

•             Bachelor of Engineering (Computer background preferred)
