Job Title: Systems Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

·         Designing, building, maintaining, troubleshooting and scaling RHEL systems, and public and private cloud infrastructure components and related applications

·         Participating in an efficient and cost-effective Infrastructure department with a focus on a stable and advanced environment, coupled with a strong understanding of business requirements to define and influence the Information Technology road-map.

·         Determining technology development strategies for the company and for individual projects; working with top-level management and technology leaders to prioritize and execute these projects.

·         Working closely with both insourced and outsourced teams in comprehensive management of IT Operations to ensure strategic initiatives are being met.

Job Title: Sr. VMWare Automation Engineer

Duration: 6-months  

Location: New York City (10% travel within 5 NYC boroughs)

 

Job Description:

·         Participate in architectural and engineering discussions to understand business and technical objectives, following project requirements, to develop effective automation solutions

·         Leverage VMware vRA’s ecosystem via the ServiceNow Portal

·         Strong familiarity with scripting (Unix Shell / PowerCLI / PowerShell / PERL / Python)

·         Strong knowledge of virtualization technologies, specifically VMWare vSphere, ServiceNow portal with VMware vSphere and vRealize Operations Manager

·         Install, configure and manage a highly available and scalable virtual infrastructure using automation techniques

·         Provide planning, installing, configuring, and upgrading support for vRealize Automation & vRealize Orchestrator

·         Establish and maintaining service levels; perform basic troubleshooting; monitor vRealize Automation & vRealize Orchestrator

Job Title: VDI Administrator

Location: NYC, NY

Duration: 6 months

 

Engagement Location, Hours and Duration:

·         The engagement will take place at our NYC location. Consultant during this engagement is expected to travel 10% within the 5 boroughs of NYC. 8 hour days; third Shift (4:00 PM â€" 12:00 AM). Some off hours and on-call is to be expected.

·         Principal Duties and Responsibilities: End-to-end administrative support for the transformation of Win 7 Infrastructure onto Horizon based VDI Infrastructure running windows 10 with linked and full clones utilizing a combination of application delivery mechanisms like VMware UEM. EPIC software is a major part of said transformation as well. Management and administration of all said systems.

·         Qualifications / Required Skill:

·         Install, configure, and manage VMware Horizon View enterprise platform

·         Patch Golden images and recompose desktop pools

·         Manage and troubleshoot Virtual Desktop infrastructure

·         App Virtualization using VMware ThinApp, App Volumes

·         Manage and administer user Personalization technology such VMware UEM

·         Publish desktops and individual applications via RDSH according to the department requirements in the organization

·         Knowledge of change management process and experienced in planning and executing scheduled changes

·         Closely work with AD, SQL, Network, Storage Team

·         Work with business clients to evaluate, streamline, and improve current systems, processes, and workflow

·         Desired skill: working in a Healthcare provider field with EPIC software.

 

Job Title: AWS Cloud Engineer

Location: Jersey City, NJ

Duration: 6 months

 

Skills: Must Have:

·         Solid knowledge and understanding of the wide range of AWS platforms including Direct Connect, VPC, IAM, CloudFormation, ELB, IAM , EFS, RDS, Redshift, AWS Cloud Management Tools, etc.

·         Hands-on, results-oriented, delivery-driven individual requiring minimal guidance
