Additional Notes: Their CRM platform hosts business process automation, any relationship management, they are looking to get rid of boot strap tools that were being used like Access and Google docs – getting them stored in CRM. Client Services uses the CRM for all orders, if Lab needs additional information requests for more info are processed through CRM to Dr’s offices. The CRM is a hub for PHI Tests. They need a strong BA to work with broad set of stakeholders (internal customers), drive requirements gathering, informative to team, meet with business, understand where gaps are and any minefields. Work closely with development team. Service definition, review data contract on services, cloud, create user stories and requirements. They have been leaning on Architects and developers too much so they need someone to take on this work. There is a backlog on a number of initiatives around system integration work so they will likely not work with more than 2 scrum teams at a time and those teams with heavier emphasis on integration. Their Product Owner and BA groups deliver major projects, define requirements, processes involved for broad set of features/functionalities, work with Scrum teams, evolving approach, groom backlogs to support delivery of work. Because their team is siloed with people doing configurations to MS Dynamics and others creating custom code so they need to be adept at working across teams.
