 Operations Engineer

Detail JD:

Responsibilities include the following:

·         Gathering and documentation of monitoring requirements

·         Delivery of new monitors in support of business unit requirements

·         Supporting and maintaining existing infrastructure

·         Integration of new products with existing infrastructure

·         Assisting operations staff as needed

·         Analysis and documentation

·         You will be responsible to provide 24x7 support on a rotation basis

 

Qualifications:

·         6+ years experience in information technology in a corporate environment 

·         5+ years in distributed platform support

·         5+ years experience using Monitoring tools

  • Candidate must be technically familiar with administration of Unix and Windows Servers, and proficient with perl and shell scripting
  • Experience with Wily, Splunk, Dynatrace (or other production analytics tools) prefer
  • Experience creating monitoring handbooks/plans
  • Proven track record of delivering applications all the way through all phases of an application development life cycle.
  • Minimum 5-10 years of work experience in a client server environment.
  • Experience with mission critical real-time reporting applications is preferred.
  • Minimum 3 year experience of successful delivery of projects using an agile development lifecycle approach.
  • Understanding of Relational Database such as DB2/Oracle/SQL Server, using JDBC or Hibernate
  • Strong, clear communication skills; oral, written, and email.
  • Strong customer service focus and excellent interpersonal skills.

 Application Integrator/ MS App-V

Houston,  Texas

 

For Application Integrator, AppV 5.x experience is mandatory

 

Job Description:

 

In-depth knowledge of Microsoft's MSI technology
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft App-V packaging
• In-depth knowledge of Citrix XenApp packaging
• Sequencing applications using APPV sequencer - 4.x and 5.x
• Must have packaged applications for Windows 7 and Windows server 2008 R2 OS platform
• Ability to judge the application is a good candidate for APPV , which can be virtualized and which cannot be virtualized
• Knowledge on APPV4.x to 5.x conversions and bulk conversions
• Knowledge on in-depth scripting in APPV - creating and running bat files, PowerShell scripts, vbscripting in APPV packages
• Knowledge on OSD, manifest, dynamic and user deployment configuration files, appx manifest files
• Troubleshooting APPV packages using procmon, virtual command prompt, Troubleshooting streaming issues
• In-depth knowledge on creating connection groups, group priorities and package priority in connection groups. How the files and registries of packages appear in a connection group
• Knowledge on runtime files and registries getting cached and APPV caches locations
• Knowledge on merge and override - files and registries
• Knowledge in APPV5 PowerShell cmdlets - sequencing cmdlets and client side cmdlets
• knowledge on exposing com objects, local interaction
• knowledge on exclusion lists and inclusion list, sequencer templates and accelerators
• Knowledge on PowerShell scripting and UEM (User environment manager)
• Publishing app-v packages through App-v Infrastructure

SFDC Support Analyst

 Location : Irvine,CA

Experience: 5-10 yrs

 

Responsibilities:

SFDC Support Analyst

• Salesforce Hands On Knowledge

• Previous Experience of working as a SFDC Developer or Support Analyst

• Solid knowledge of Salesforce Configuration and administration

• Advanced knowledge of Salesforce customization e.g. Apex Class, trigger,VF Pages etc.

• 5+ years’ experience

• Salesforce Certifications (Admin/PD1etc.)

• Ability to learn Salesforce Commerce Cloud/Demandware on the Job

• Good Verbal and Written Communication Skills

• Work as a Support Analyst for SFDC Apps and Salesforce Commerce Cloud
