• Informatica connection creation, Oracle, ODBC, Netezza ETC.
• Monitor Informatica Service
• Monitor Informatica server running with optimal performance
• Environmental issues and troubleshooting
• Manage development, QA and production environments.
• Manage bouncing activities or restarting the Services
• User access provisioning.
• Resolve Incidents related to the platform through troubleshooting.
• Perform scheduled application implementations (through Change tickets)
