Job description:

A: Must Skills:

a.            Good hands on experience in Dynatrace APM Tool Administration and configuration

b.            8+ years of experience in Dynatrace tool administration and monitoring tools.

c.             Experienced with creating monitors and dashboards.

d.            Experienced with creating alerts and incidents

e.            Experienced with working the Dynatrace API to connect Service Now and other monitoring tools.

f.             Good Hands on experience in Troubleshooting Dynatrace configuration issues

g.            Knowledge in Performance Tuning in web applications

h.            Good knowledge in ITIL process

i.              Good hands on experience to configure Real user monitoring in Dynatrace Tool

j.             Good understanding of IT infrastructure concepts and components such as Servers, Network devices, App & Web Services Cloud components and associated interconnections.
