Job Title: Data Engineer/PySpark Developer Location: White House Station, NJ Duration: 6 Months Employment Type: Contract Job Description: - The resources must have hands on technical experience in delivering data engineering solution, with knowledge in data science and modeling experience in delivering data science projects in a Big Data environment
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience in implementing data and analytics projects.
- Insurance, Health care and/or Financial Services experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Mandatory skills: - Hands-on Experience with Hadoop tools – PySpark, Hive, Hue, Spark, etc.,
- Knowledge in modeling algorithms and deployment, establishing correlations, selecting the right algorithms, data quality assessment, imputing and transformation.
- Experience with Hadoop, relational databases and SQL, ETL development, data validation and enabling for M/L layer
Additional skills - Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills, a must as there will be significant collaboration with the business and IT
- Knowledge on MS Azure
