This incumbent needs to work with all Blue Shield and Care1st to clarify and address all encounter business requirements of inbound process using Edifecs, ensure the business requirements of all encounter processes and systems to be translated into functional requirements and implemented by Edifecs accurately and timely; map all data feed from Blue Shield systems to Care1st oracle environment; document all project efforts; and ensure the process results be compliant with Blue Shield of California, Care1st, CMS, DHCS, and all regulatory standards; optimize the solutions to support the organization priorities.   ...
