Our client would like us to target candidates who have worked previously with companies like: Safeway, Food and Beverage, Nike, Albertsons, Gap, etc.
Need: 3-4 years in retail (this is crucial) – should have replenishment experience and/or MDM.
Bonus: Experience with Symphony GOLD software AND/OR experience with Artificial Intelligence
- 3 - 5 years of relevant Business Analyst experience in IT (demonstrated knowledge of the product management discipline).
- 3-4+ years' experience in retail technology / Client industry.
- Basic familiarity with the principles of design thinking and agile software delivery.
- The Business Analyst will work closely with the Product Owners and end user representatives to develop functional requirements, wireframes and storyboards for large custom development projects.
- The Business Analyst will work with the Product Owners to groom the Product Backlog in support of upcoming Sprint work.
- Elicit, define and analyze medium - complex requirements in various formats ensuring they are testable, measurable and traceable.
- Lead the appropriate teams to refine, prioritize and manage requirements in various tools such as templates, Team Backlogs, Requirements Management or Agile Task Management applications.
- Collaborate with the appropriate teams to build the business case and project justification.
