Job Title: Senior SQL Developer / Data Analyst

Location: Phoenix, AZ (Hybrid – 18850 N 56th St, Phoenix, AZ 85054)
Duration: 12 Months Contract
Rate: $50/hr C2C
Interview: Onsite
Visa: H4/TN/OPT 

Required Skills

·         8+ years of experience as a SQL Developer working with Microsoft SQL Server.

·         Expert-level SQL skills including complex queries, joins, views, stored procedures, and database development.

·         Strong experience analyzing large and complex datasets to generate business insights, metrics, and reports.

·         Hands-on experience with reporting and BI tools such as Qlik, Tableau, Power BI, Business Objects, or SSRS.

·         Experience creating, maintaining, and optimizing SQL queries, stored procedures, reports, and scheduled jobs.

·         Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

·         Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

·         Experience working in Agile environments.

 

Responsibilities

·         Translate business requirements into reporting, analytics, and metric solutions.

·         Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.

·         Develop and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and scheduled jobs.

·         Create and enhance reports and dashboards using Qlik, SSRS, Power BI, or similar BI tools.

·         Investigate and resolve data quality issues while ensuring data integrity and consistency.

·         Collaborate with data architects, developers, cybersecurity teams, and business stakeholders.

·         Support data curation, reporting, and dashboard development initiatives.

 

Preferred Qualifications

·         Experience with Qlik implementation, migration, or dashboard development.

·         Background in data analysis and reporting within large enterprise environments.

·         Experience working with multiple data sources and high-volume datasets.
