Job Summary

JM Family is seeking a highly experienced and hands-on AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade AI solutions. This role requires a strong engineering mindset with deep expertise in Azure AI technologies, GitHub Copilot, multi-agent AI systems, and secure software delivery practices.

The ideal candidate is a senior engineer who actively writes production code, owns projects end-to-end, and has real-world experience building and operating AI-powered systems at scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop production-ready AI applications and orchestration frameworks.
• Build deterministic, testable, and scalable AI tooling using Go (Golang) or equivalent systems programming languages.
• Design and operate multi-agent and multi-model AI workflows in production environments.
• Implement AI solutions leveraging Azure AI services and GitHub Copilot.
• Manage AI model operations including token consumption, context management, task budgeting, and performance optimization.
• Develop secure AI systems following Secure SDLC principles.
• Build automated validation frameworks, testing pipelines, and review gates.
• Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines, signed builds, SBOMs, and access control mechanisms.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable AI solutions.
• Participate in architecture discussions, deployment planning, documentation, and knowledge transfer activities.
• Own the complete software development lifecycle from design through deployment and production support.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI technologies.
• Deep expertise in Microsoft Azure AI ecosystem.
• Extensive experience using GitHub Copilot in enterprise development environments.
• Strong programming experience in Go (Golang) or equivalent systems-level languages.
• Experience designing and managing multi-agent AI systems.
• Hands-on experience with LLM orchestration and AI workflow automation.
• Strong understanding of prompt engineering and AI application architecture.
• Experience implementing secure development practices and threat modeling.
• Strong Test-Driven Development (TDD) experience.
• Experience building scalable APIs and distributed systems.
• Proficiency with Git, CI/CD, DevOps practices, and cloud-native development.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work directly with business leaders and client stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SIEM, SOAR, EDR, and Security Operations platforms.
• Identity and Access Management experience.
• Vulnerability Management and Security Compliance experience.
• CMDB and ITSM integrations.
• Experience developing AI evaluation frameworks and testing harnesses.
• AI Red Teaming and Security Validation experience.
• Agent Guardrails, Sandboxing, Audit Trails, and Confidence Threshold implementations.
• Cybersecurity domain experience.
