Looking for a hands-on ServiceNow ITSM Lead with strong development, team leadership, client-facing experience, and mandatory CSA, CAD, and CIS-ITSM certifications.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end ServiceNow ITSM development and delivery.
Design and configure Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Service Catalog modules.
Develop integrations using REST APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Server.
Manage CMDB, Discovery, IRE rules, and data governance.
Create Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Flow Designer workflows.
Lead a team of ServiceNow developers and analysts.
Conduct client workshops, requirement gathering, demos, and design reviews.
Act as the primary technical point of contact for client stakeholders.

Must Have:

8-10+ years of ServiceNow experience
Strong ITSM implementation experience
Hands-on coding and configuration experience
Team Lead or Technical Lead experience
Client-facing communication skills
CSA + CAD + CIS-ITSM certifications
Local to Chicago preferred; Dallas/Richardson acceptable
Comfortable with occasional travel
