Job Title: Senior Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineer

Location: ONSITE- Dallas, TX, Tampa, FL, Jersey City NJ

 (LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY!) In person Interview

Rate: $57 /hr on C2C        

 

JD:

Experience requested: 8-10 years

Description:

Serve as SME for PING Identity and IBM ISAM platforms, providing operational support, configuration, and troubleshooting.

Manage and maintain IAM infrastructure including policy updates, federation, SSO, and access control mechanisms.

Monitor system health, performance, and logs to proactively identify and resolve issues.

Collaborate with application teams to onboard new apps and services into IAM platforms.

Manage ISAM components including WebSEAL, AAC, Federation, and Reverse Proxy.

Monitor and maintain ISAM infrastructure for performance, availability, and security compliance.

Implement and maintain automation scripts for operations and reporting.

Support upgrades, patching, and integration of PING ISAM tools with other enterprise systems.

Ensure compliance with security policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.

Document operational procedures, configurations, and incident resolutions

Deliver operational support, including incident management, Problem management, Change Management, Disaster Recovery Support, ETE support, troubleshooting, and escalation for WSE-related functions. Fulfill the agreed SLAs for Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, JIRA Stories, and tasks that are assigned. Environments Supported - Dev, QA, PSE PROD.
