Title: Data Analyst (with Data Modeling)
Location: Onsite in McLean, VA (Mon–Fri)
Duration: Long Term
Interview: In-Person (Whiteboarding)

Overview:
Seeking a Data Analyst with strong data modeling skills and experience using ER Studio and XMLSpy. Must be proficient in data mapping, profiling, workflow/statechart design, and cross-functional collaboration. Strong communication and business acumen required. Prior experience at Freddie Mac or Fannie Mae is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and model data flows across divisions for MF EBM and Nexus Processing
• Support data governance efforts (e.g., enum standardization, key attribute profiling)
• Collaborate with product teams to gather requirements and build data models
• Create workflows, statecharts, and sub-models aligned with MFLDM
• Provide input to EBM model development and ensure alignment with enterprise data architecture
