• What are the top three must-haves you will be looking for in the resumes/interviews for this role?
1. Content publishing and content optimization experience in a CMS (preferably Adobe Experience Manager)
2. Campaign / project management of digital pages and assets
3. Strong stakeholder management, firm but fair approach; organized and structured work ethic
4. What type of software skills is an absolute must have? Content publishing in a large CMS platform, preferably AEM 6.5.
5. How many years’ experience? At least 5 years.
6. What type of background would you like this person to have? Content publishing / digital marketing / campaign management.

• What are the 3-5 "nice to have” attributes that would separate a successful candidate from their competition when interviewing?
1. Financial Services background
2. ETF knowledge
3. Measurement dashboard experience
4. Positive, friendly attitude, and self-motivated
