Fulltime/ C2C - Role: HCM Integration Specialist Location: NY/ NJ, U.S - Onsite JD: Required:   Oracle BI both OTBI and BI reporting, SQL, reporting tables and views across the HCM application suite, Oracle Integration Cloud, Oracle Visual Builder, Oracle ATOM feeds and API suite (Rest and SOAP), JSON, XML, JavaScript, and fast formulas.   Good understanding of HCM security roles, data, and application profiles.  Experience customizing and personalizing Oracle HCM pages.    Knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL a plus. Functional Skills/Knowledge:   Experience with functional and integration configuration (Outlook, Background Check Providers, LinkedIn, Salesforce, etc.) with HCM modules Workforce Admin and Oracle Recruiting Cloud.   Experience with on-boarding Journeys and ORC workflow (requisition approval, offer approval), interview scheduling and feedback.   Knowledge of features and configuration of 1 of the following Oracle HCM modules (Payroll, Benefits, Time and Labor, Absence Management, Compensation or Performance Management).  Knowledge of Oracle digital assistant a plus. Soft Skills Demonstrable ability to use Oracle technology suite to automate business tasks and solve business challenges.   Excellent communication skills.   Ability to independently and proactively take a business need/solution from inception and requirements through development, testing and into production.
