Role: TDM Developer/Lead Location: Remote Start (Maryland, USA) Duration: Contract JD: Analyze complex requirements and translate to Technical Design and Data Specifications - Provide Design and Development support for development teams
- Review code and improve performance and efficiency
- Work with Data Privacy, IT Security and Data Governance teams to define Data Anonymization rules
- Develop and Maintain Data De-identification / masking scripts using tools to mask PHI/PII data for Development, QA, and UAT/Business teams
- Develop Data Manufacturing capabilities using IBM Optim or CA Test Data Manager or Informatica or various other TDM tools to create synthetic data in RDBMS Databases, Big Data databases, and XML, JSON, CSV and other file types
- Installation and configuration of TDM
- Good knowledge of SQL queries
- Experience working with cloud technologies
- Maintain Data Manufacturing capabilities to accommodate Development, QA, and UAT/Business team data requirements
- Test Data Automation using .Net workflow and scripting languages
- Sensitive data analysis for PHI, PCI & PII data for large databases
- Build Data Masking Rules and Seed lists Propose and build reusable patterns for Data Reusability
- Implement best practices for non-Production environments
- Participate in design reviews and ensure implementation of best practices and standards
- Develop new documentation, departmental technical procedures, and user guides
- Coordinate with the Business and Development teams in resolving complex data integrity issues
- Participate in Sprint Planning and Sprint Retrospective Meetings
- Plan, Lead and execute work with a small team
- Work independently and co-ordinate with other team members
