- Working proficiency in developmental toolsets with minimum of 5 plus years of experience with the following; Hive, Kafka, Scala, Sqoop, Spark, Tera-Data, Conrol M, Unix, Haddop, CI/CD, Java, APIs, Spring Boot, Cloud Foundry, Avro
- Ability to collaborate with high-performing teams and individuals throughout the firm to accomplish common goals
- Understanding of software skills such as development, maintenance and software improvement
- A college degree or equivalent experience
- Should posses very good Analytical skills
- Familiarity with Automation scripts, Jenkins
- Familiarity with JIRA and HP Service Management
- Ability to work with a sense of urgency and attention to detail
- Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills and excellent analytical skills
- Collaborative decision-making and good judgment
- Strong time, interpersonal and people skills
- Ability to operated comfortably in a multi-task / multi priority environment across a global team
- Experience with client server environments
- Knowledge of Agile Application Development concepts
Title : Java Full stack Developer
Location : Columbus, Ohio/Plano, TX
Hiring Mode : Contract
Job Description:
- BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
- Expertise in application, data and infrastructure architecture disciplines
- Advanced knowledge of architecture, design and business processes
- Proficiency in modern programming languages
- Keen understanding of financial control and budget management
- Ability to work collaboratively in teams and develop meaningful relationships to achieve common goals
Required Skills:
- Java,J2SE 8,XML and Service Oriented Architecture.
- This position requires 3-5 years of experience with each of the following skills: API; Kafka (Event based model)
- Micro services (REST/SOAP and multi-threaded/concurrent programming)
- Spring Framework components (Tomcat; JSON; node.js; SQL or Stored Procedures on DB2 or Oracle)
- NO SQL DB such as Cassandra or MongoDB;
- Linux or AIX environment
