Job Title: Urgent Opening - Scrum Master with Agile tools(MS Teams, Azure Dev Ops experience) Location: @ Houston,TX Responsibilities: -Lead Scrum Ceremonies and send Sprint Release Notes: Daily Standup, Sprint Backlog Refinement/Grooming, Sprint Planning, &Sprint Retrospective -Create meaningful sprint status charts/reports to provide visibility of Team/Sprint Performance -Help remove blockers/impediments for the team to continue progressing towards sprint and project goals -Monitor Sprint to ensure team is being utilized appropriately -Document team/sprint processes -Help create DevOps processes that will be handed over to Support once the project is complete -Manage release and deployment plan and schedule releases -Maintain stories in the backlog, meet with product owner regularly to ensure project is aligned with Product Owners goals -Maintain a list of risks, issues, concerns, communicate Medium to High items to IT Project Manager and Product Owner   Required Qualifications: -Knowledge and Skills: At least 10 years of scrum master and project management experience for co-located and disbursed teams; knowledge, experience and certification in Scaled Agile Framework for the Enterprise (SAFe) -Servant Leader: Ability to collaborate with globally dispersed teams including technical and functional resources to deliver high quality results and remove team impediments. Engage globally (English written and oral fluency required) to frame solutions and translate complex concepts to clear business terms. Managing strong relationships and partnerships with all team members, Business Partners and IT Partners (e.g., Solution Delivery, IT Ops, IRM) will be important to deliver strong business value. -Technical Skills: Ability to rapidly learn Agile tools (e.g., MS Teams, Azure Dev Ops). -Experience: Prior experience delivering and deploying Agile projects to stakeholders from multiple geographies/ regions/ Business Units/ varying cultures is a plus.
