Job Description:
Analyze application defect and maintenance requests, translating those requirements into Salesforce specific solutions using the Salesforce toolsets (Out of the Box, Configuration, Customization)
Implemented end to end Service Cloud Project
Subject Matter Expertise with Service Cloud & Service Business Process:
o Email to Case
o Web to Case
o Live Chat
o Live Message (SMS to Case)
o Phone to Case
o Open CTI and/or CTI Vendors
o Omnichannel
o Knowledge
o Case Routing, Queues, Public Groups, and User Group Assignments
· Experience with designing & building a solution using Salesforce Declarative & Programmatic Approach
· Experience in Programmatic aspect of the Salesforce platform - Apex, Lighting, Front End Web Technologies
· Strong knowledge with Agile Development Methodology
· Salesforce Experience 5+ years
· Salesforce Certification: Platform Developer I and Platform Developer II (nice to have), Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant (nice to have).
