2. Hands on experience to build CTI Adaptor and toolbar solution using Genesys voice platform SDK, Java Web socket, WebServices.

3. Proficient in Contact center domain

Detailed Job Description:

Hands on experience to build CTI Adaptor and toolbar solution using Genesys voice platform SDK, Java Web socket, WebServices.
Hands on experience on Genesys CTI solutions. Proficient in Contact center domain.

Top 3 responsibilities you would expect the Subcon to shoulder and execute*:

1. TL profiles with minimum 8 years of experience.

2. Prior experience in development and deployment of Java applications
