Need 8+ Years of Experience on Java Development.
Experience with JP/JSTL, Spring
Ability to work as part of a self-organizing team
Open mind for working with different technologies
Experience with JPA, JEE
Experience with HTML/CSS/JavaScript
Experience (or strong interest) in Agile methods such as Scrum/XP
Experience in a customer facing role
Experience with eCommerce project
Experience with infrastructure and deployment processes
