Job Title: HCM Business Analyst
Location: Miami, FL.
Responsibilities:
• Contribute to the HRIS Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) technology strategic roadmap, including participating in special projects;
• Work closely with HR, HRIS, financial, IT and vendor teams to support the implementation of Oracle HCM;
• Serve as the business expert during the Oracle HCM implementation project;
• Understand HR business processes and confidently explain to HR & HRIS management on operational tradeoffs between different configuration options proposed by the Oracle HCM vendor and/or IT;
• Act as a functional expert and work with the HCM vendor and/or IT to resolve any system and or configuration issues;
• Document existing and new processes and functionality;
• Coach, train and knowledge transfer of Oracle HCM suite of products and applications;
• Stay up to speed with current HRIS trends, applications and tools with a focus on product and business service enhancements;
• Follow company policies as well as local, state, federal, and global laws and regulations impacting HR systems such as Sarbanes-Oxley, data privacy and the European Global Data Protection Regulation (EU-GDPR);
• Serve as the main functional support and system administrator for business units for Oracle HCM throughout;
• Assist with the collection, documentation, development and communication of business requirements;
• Act as a subject matter expert to bridge any potential gaps between Oracle HCM and other financial systems;
• Create and manage incident tickets and project tracking;
• Troubleshoot and identify root causes and make recommendations;
• Participate in other projects to meet organizational goals.
Requirements:
• Administrative experience working with Oracle HCM Suite (5+ years);
• Experience with cloud software;
• Experience in IT and HR / Finance / Accounting or equivalent work;
• Experience managing multiple projects to completion (preferred);
• Ability to adapt easily to change;
• High degree of attention to detail and organizational skills to meet demanding timelines and deliverables;
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including ability to communicate information to various levels of the organization;
• Ability to work with independently and as a team member with changing priorities;
• Bachelors in Human Resources, IT or related field.
