· Project focused in Asset management – MUST HAVE THESE SKILLS
· Well-seasoned in all areas including CMDB work, core modules for incident management, change management, notification, reporting
· Hands-on development work
· Familiar software SDLC, moving code from one instance to other
· Up to Jakarta version
 
CERTIFICATIONS PREFERRED
· Implementation specialist certification
· Service now developer certified
