Job Description:

Seeking a high-energy individual to join our Engineering Services team where you will have the opportunity to design and set forward direction for PLM and MBE systems in support of the engineering community and Model-based Digital Thread. You will be part of a highly collaborative team responsible for delivery of Product and Application Support to our customers and partners.

Key Responsibilities

Work with Digital Technology (DT) and Engineering teams including developers and admins to understand current Teamcenter and 3DExperience environments, integrations, data models, network architectures, and deployment methods
Partner with Engineering discipline teams and third-party vendors to design and define functional requirements, author functional and some portion of technical specifications as applicable for the enterprise MBE environment
Develop solutions in Teamcenter to support Simulation, Analysis, and MDAO (Multidisciplinary Design and Automation Optimization)
Develop scalable solution architectures that align with DT Enterprise Architecture to integrate enterprise systems in the PLM and MBSE domain, and work with other Solution Architects to align strategy across MBE teams
Help author DT architecture diagrams and roadmaps for Model-based Enterprise initiatives as it relates to broader strategy, including technologies and industry best practices
Work with Engineering, DT leads, developers, and admins on how to implement proposed solutions

Required:

7-10 years of Solution Architecture experience in a Digital Engineering environment, including integrating enterprise systems to support a Model-based Digital Thread
Current working experience with implementing Solution Architecture deliverables in Teamcenter, with knowledge of other enterprise systems such as 3DExperience and Cameo Systems Modeler
Demonstrated experience in implementing digital solutions to support a Model-based Enterprise
Strong Communication both written and verbal
Strong interpersonal skills
Evidence of past work experience where person takes initiative, is a self-starter, and quickly comes up to speed with new information/business processes
Capable of effectively managing multiple tasks

Strongly Preferred:

Fundamental understanding of Model-based Enterprise, Model-based Digital Thread, and other Model-based Engineering Technologies
Demonstrated understanding of and working experience/background in Model-based Systems Engineering (MBSE), Simulation, Analysis, Simulation Lifecycle Management (SLM), Model-based Validation, and/or Multidisciplinary Design Analysis and Optimization (MDAO)
Ability to develop optimized and scalable digital solutions to support the entire Model-based Enterprise using industry best practices
Experience implementing solutions for performance analysis, control schedules, kinematics, and/or rotor dynamics
Experience developing and implementing schemas and/or ontologies

Preferred

Secret Security Clearance
Experience working in the Agile framework
Simulation Lifecycle Management experience in Teamcenter
MBSE and SysML experience in 3DExperience or Cameo Systems Modeler
Understanding and experience with SDLC and DevSecOps
