Job Description:

Expert in Taleo Recruiting, Taleo Performance, Career Sections, Smart-Org, Settings, Configuration issues, TAP application, Social Network Sharing

Workday application version 19 and above

Govern the Taleo systems for Abbott and Mylan for the following modules; Taleo Recruiting, Taleo Onboarding (Legacy), and Taleo Performance

Develop, transform and resolve user issues with Taleo reports for Abbott and Mylan, in both Business Objects and Oracle Business Intelligence (OBI) platforms

Oracle Cloud Solutions (Taleo Recruiting/Performance) Implementation, deployment and Support.

Experience designing Taleo (Recruiting/ Performance)

Configure the Taleo to meet requirements and document application set-ups.

Design and manage TCC (Taleo Connect Client) scripts to migrate data between Taleo and other HCM/HR products for Abbott and Mylan, as well as the extraction of data out of the Taleo system

Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable codes by setting expectations and features priorities throughout development life cycle

Development - Develop and review artifacts, conduct reviews, Testing - Perform validation activities based on plans, Implementation - Work on 'Go Live' activities

Excellent Analytical and Communication skills

Must have strong client and internal communication skills with experience working in highly collaborative teams.
