Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Salesforce Senior Scrum Master to lead Agile practices across our Salesforce teams. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in facilitating Scrum ceremonies, coaching cross-functional teams, and driving continuous improvement in Agile delivery within a Salesforce environment. You will play a key role in guiding the teams to high performance while supporting organizational agility.

 

Key Responsibilities:

·         Facilitate Scrum Ceremonies: Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

·         Remove Impediments: Proactively identify and resolve obstacles to ensure smooth delivery of sprints.

·         Agile Coaching: Mentor team members on Agile principles and best practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

·         Agile Adherence: Ensure the team adheres to Agile/Scrum values, practices, and rules.

·         Continuous Improvement: Facilitate regular retrospectives and implement actionable improvements in team processes.

·         Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with Product Owners and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment, communication, and shared goals.

·         Progress Tracking & Reporting: Monitor team metrics, sprint progress, risks, and blockers; report effectively to stakeholders.

·         Project Delivery: Manage expectations around project timelines and ensure consistent delivery of high-quality outcomes.

·         Tool Utilization: Use Agile tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar for tracking and reporting project status and metrics.

·         Distinguishing Responsibilities for Senior Role:

 

Mentorship: Provide guidance to Junior Scrum Masters and Agile practitioners within the organization.

Agile Transformation Leadership: Drive Agile maturity across teams and contribute to organizational Agile practices and culture.

Process Optimization: Influence team structures and workflows for better agility and scalability.

Multi-Team Management: Coordinate Agile practices and facilitate collaboration across multiple Scrum teams.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

·         Experience: Minimum 6+ years as a Scrum Master with hands-on experience supporting Salesforce development teams.

·         Certifications: Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) is required.

·         Methodology Expertise: Strong understanding of Agile frameworks, particularly Scrum; SAFe knowledge is a plus.

·         Salesforce Knowledge: Familiarity with Salesforce platform, tools, and development lifecycle.

·         Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, conflict-resolution, and team collaboration skills.

·         Leadership: Proven ability to lead, influence, and motivate cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

 

 

Preferred Qualifications:

·         Experience working with Salesforce partners or consulting environments.

·         Exposure to enterprise Agile transformation initiatives.

·         Experience managing distributed or remote teams.
