Position Summary:

The Senior IT Business Analyst plays a critical role in delivering enterprise IT solutions for the Department of Technology, Management and Budget (DTMB) in support of the Labor and Economic Opportunity (LEO) agency. The analyst is responsible for the full software development life cycle, including requirements gathering, design, testing, implementation, and ongoing support of web-based systems and applications. This role also ensures alignment with ADA accessibility standards, security planning, and risk assessment.

This position primarily supports the MRS Case Modernization Program and other highly visible, complex systems that are widely used by internal stakeholders and the public. Projects vary in scope, from maintenance releases to larger integrations involving vendors and multiple agencies.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years as a Business/System Analyst conducting JAD sessions and gathering requirements.
• Minimum 3 years in software testing and RDBMS / SQL.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum methodology.
