Requirement:

 

6-9 years of IT Experience in contact center and .Net legacy frameworks
Good in .Net full stack development.
Good in SQL queries
Hands-on experience in Avaya Telephony Infrastructure (Avaya Experience Portal)
Experience in onshore/offshore coordination leading large onsite + offshore teams
Good understanding of Agile & Jira tool
Telecom/Cable Domain Background
