Job Title: AI Architect

Location: Cincinnati, OH (Hybrid)

Role Overview:
The AI Architect designs and leads the implementation of scalable, secure, and enterprise-ready AI/ML solutions aligned with business goals and technology standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define AI architecture, frameworks, and best practices across platforms
• Design end-to-end AI/ML solutions (data pipelines, model development, deployment, monitoring)
• Select appropriate AI technologies, tools, and cloud services
• Collaborate with business, data, and engineering teams to translate requirements into AI solutions
• Ensure AI solutions meet security, governance, and ethical AI standards

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong experience in Agentic AI - AI/ML, data engineering, and RAG, Gen AI with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• Hands-on knowledge of Python, ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn), and MLOps
• Experience with model deployment, APIs, and scalable architectures
• Ability to lead technical strategy and mentor teams

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, and AI governance frameworks
