JD:         

·         Work as part of the IT Advisory, Technology Enablement (TE) and the SAP implementation engagements;

·         Demonstrate the ability to plan, run, and manage blueprint workshops/meetings with internal and external clients
Manage and monitor tasks of HR function team members;

·         Deliver the WRICEF (stands for Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms), Identify and undertake testing procedures;

·         In-charge on any HR function issues as well as coordinate with SAP on any product issues;

·         Develop function specification documents and the related documents in the project;

·         Provide services on both new implementations and existing support projects;

·         Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required;

·         Work self-directed and independently; may act as subject matter mentor to more junior members;

·         Directly report to Business Lead/ Project Manager.- Be actively involved in the preparation, conception, realization, and Go Live of customer implementation projects

·         Analyze business processes including root cause analysis

·         Implement industry and corporate processes across all related Human Capital applications (on premise and cloud)

 

  • At least 2 years of SAP HCM / SuccessFactors compensation implementation experience or support experience
  • A minimum of 3 full cycle SAP HCM & SuccessFactors Compensation project implementations
  • Strong SAP HCM & SuccessFactors Compensation know how
  • University degree in computer science, business information technology, mathematics, physics, engineering or equivalent
  • Ability to drill down into technical issues and solve complex and detailed problems
  • Ability to deliver clear, concise presentations and present complex information in a clear and precise manner
  • Willingness and ability to travel to customers and work abroad
  • Strong SAP HCM & SuccessFactors Compensation know how
  • Good at logical thinking and problem solving.
  • Good communication in both business language;
  • Good at communication in English language is required;
  • Understanding of business processes and SAP HCM/SF functions are the good points.
  • Certification in at least one SuccessFactors module
