Location:- :Remote

Duration: - 6 to 12 months

Relevant Experience: - 11 to 15 years

Detailed Job Description:-

Salesforce Architect role that encompasses Community Cloud, Service Cloud, Flow, and the Health Cloud domain, the job description (JD) would include specialized responsibilities and qualifications to address the unique challenges and opportunities of these combined platforms.

Role:

Responsibilities:

Design and implement tailored solutions within Salesforce Community Cloud to foster collaboration and engagement among customers, partners, and employees.
Leverage Salesforce Service Cloud to enhance customer support and service management capabilities.
Utilize Salesforce Flow to automate complex business processes and workflows across different Salesforce Clouds.
Develop and manage Health Cloud solutions to support healthcare and life sciences initiatives, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables that align with business goals.
Guide the technical team in the development and deployment of the Salesforce architecture.
Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and technologies, incorporating them into the architecture to drive continuous improvement.
Ensure that the solutions are scalable, secure, and maintainable, meeting the organization s long-term needs.

Qualifications:

Proven experience with Salesforce Community Cloud, Service Cloud, Flow, and Health Cloud implementations.
Salesforce certifications such as Certified Community Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, and Health Cloud Accredited Professional.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Desirable Skills:

In-depth knowledge of Salesforce architecture, including best practices for design and development. Experience with data migration, integration, and security within the Salesforce ecosystem. Familiarity with healthcare industry standards and regulations, such as HIPAA.
