Work Experience Requirements:

·         Proven experience (5+ years) as an HR BI Analyst or in a similar role, demonstrating a strong understanding of HR processes and practices.

·         Proficiency in business intelligence and data visualization tools, such as Power BI, OTBI, or similar platforms.

·         Advanced knowledge of SQL and experience working with large datasets.

·         Hands-on experience using Data Analysis Expressions (DAX) in Power BI

·         Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and draw meaningful conclusions.

·         Familiarity with HR systems (HRIS, ATS, LMS) and data extraction techniques.
