- DevSecOps Strategy, Platform Onboarding & Access Control, Service Accounts / Connected Apps Setup, Platform Deployment Strategy, Platform Provisioning, Setup and Configurations, Platform, Infrastructure & Network Architecture and planning.
- Platform Design for Non-Functional Requirements (Resiliency, Reliability, HA, Performance)
- Setup, review and update common services - Monitoring, Logging, Alerting, CI/CD
- Platform Licenses Capacity Planning, Sizing and Renewals
- Manage Admins / Service Accounts / Non SSO Accounts
- Security Keys / Certificates management
- Platform Audit trails, periodic reviews
- Continuous improvement in SOP's, Incident Management and Communication, Track MuleSoft Support Incidents and maintenance notifications
- Track and Promote MuleSoft Platform Capability
- Work with the C4E lead and operations manager to identify key program KPI's and help lay the foundation to gather this data from the platform.
- Work closely with the Value Streams to align to corporate standards
