Role: SAP Business Analyst - PTS & LTC
Location: Remote
Start Target: Early April
Rate: $40 on C2C
Role Overview
We are seeking 2–3 experienced SAP Business Analysts to support a short‑term SAP initiative with a strong emphasis on reporting and business requirements within Plan‑to‑Stock (PTS) and Lead‑to‑Cash (LTC) processes.
This role requires a hands‑on, business‑facing analyst who can partner closely with stakeholders to understand operational needs, translate them into clear technical requirements, and support the development team in delivering accurate and timely SAP reports and solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a SAP Business Analyst in enterprise environments
- Strong functional knowledge of:
- Plan‑to‑Stock (PTS)
- Lead‑to‑Cash (LTC)
- Demonstrated experience with SAP reporting requirements (functional definition and support)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to:
- Translate business language into technical requirements
- Navigate complex SAP concepts with non‑technical users
- Experience working with SAP developers and supporting build activities
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, short‑term engagement
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in:
- Warehouse operations
- Manufacturing or supply chain environments
- Prior work in SAP transformation or optimization initiatives
- Exposure to multiple SAP modules supporting PTS and LTC processes
- Experience working with offshore or distributed development teams
