Hi, Please go through the JD and revert me your interest in the same :-   Position:-Windows Production Support Location:-Oaks, PA     Need local candidates who can work onsite from Day 1 (Hybrid)     PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Should be ready to provide 24x7 support for critical production systems. Able to handle production issue. Independently analyze, solve, and fix issues in real time, providing problem resolution end-to-end. Refine and automate regular processes, track issues, and document changes Interact with client/onsite counterpart for issue resolution Able to follow the incident/change/problem management process Understanding of ITIL Vx.x and its components Perform scheduled maintenance and support release deployment activities after hours. Share domain and technical expertise, providing technical mentorship and cross-training to other peers and team members. Should be comfortable to work in clean room with project specific limitations. Shifts – Work in different shift timings based on the client need and depending on Release / DR / Onshore Holiday support occasions. Hands-on technical implementation and deployment of projects in pilot/production environments.   REQUIRED SKILLS 7+ years working experience in deployment, support or development of DOT Net based technologies hosted on a Windows environment Excellent knowledge of IIS and the various components involved within Experience in Production Application Support on Microsoft technology stack Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to quickly provide solutions to issues encountered in Knowledge of ITIL processes Working knowledge on IIS/ Citrix on windows platform. Application / Product Monitoring (Basics) Basic Knowledge on common monitoring tool Basic knowledge of virtualization, storage, AD & Networking Concepts.
