Job Description:

• 10+ years of experience in IT and 5+ years of experience in PeopleSoft.
• Experience to support, maintain, and enhance a PeopleSoft HCM, payroll, financials, and SCM PeopleSoft system.
• Sound experience in DB2 - especially writing complex queries and implementing performance tuning
• Proficiency in People Code, People Tools, Application designer, SQL, SQR, Confluence ,Jira and SharePoint.
• Willingness to own high-quality design, implementation, and quality of PeopleTools products and technology.
• Capable of designing, problem solving, solution provider, and coordinating onshore/offshore teams .
• Proven experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
• Working experience with data platforms (relational and/or NoSQL's).
• Must be proficient in software tools such as Eclipse, IntelliJ, Putty, UML, Remedy, Sonar, HP Diagnostics, JIRA (Agile tooling), Confluence (Team Collaboration), GitHub, and DBeaver
• Experience in various infrastructures (on-premise, cloud(AZURE))
• Good to have Mainframe (COBOL, CICS, VSAM, DB2, JCL) experience
• Experience in tools like CA7, Control-M, Librarian etc.
• Excellent communication, presentation, Facilitation and documentation skills.
