We need a mid-senior level Business Analyst with Axiom experience around financial services. ***CANDIDATES MUST BE ONSITE FROM DAY ONE AND WORK A HYBRID MODEL IN THE OFFICE 2-3 TIMES A WEEK. CANDIDATES MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH AXIOM AND SOME KINF OF FINANCIAL SERVICES EXPERIENCE LIKE BANKING, TRADE, CAPITAL MARKETS, FINANCIAL SERVICES OR BROKERAGE.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

 

The Client requires a Business Analyst to support the implementation of US regulatory reporting and associated processes including control and related remediation of identified issues (i.e., data quality, processing, result substantiation, etc.). The identified resource will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders within Finance and Information Technology to ensure expected and appropriate oversight, results of process design and implementation, and operational risk and controls including:
• Documentation of policy and procedures
• Implementation of key risk (KRI) monitoring
• Developing a framework and workflow model for data/report attestation and certification
• Develop/modify End-to-End data/process flows including controls
• Documentation of business requirements to support manual processes, automation enhancements, reconciliation processes
• Leveraging AxiomSL objects (i.e., tables, aggregations, workflows, mappings, logic/rules, and shorthands) to validate results or investigate root cause of differences.
• Develop/modify underlying logic and business rules associated with requirement changes.
• Liaise with Technology team to implement and test developed reporting changes and/or investigate processing issues.
• Documentation of lineage of identified key data elements
• Develop working papers and related documentation to support necessary adjustments.
• Support stakeholder training of US Regulatory Reporting
• Generate reporting restatements (where applicable)
