Requirements:
5+ years' experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Implementation
Strong understanding of SOAP APIs, REST APIs and integration architectures
3+ years' experience of HTML, CSS, Ampscript, JavaScript, NodeJS, and SQL.
Extensive experience with Email Studio, Contact Builder, Journey Builder, Marketing Cloud Connector and the Marketing Cloud API
Experience with BOTH Email and SMS channels
Day-to-Day:
They will be joining the CRM team and will bring experience in design, development, and execution of large-scale, customer-centric communications. They will own & lead all technical data integrations and audience builds for email and SMS channels. They will also provide best practice for the SFMC Driven account setup and architecture to run most efficiently. They will be developing emails, push, SMS, audience selection, trigger qualification, suppressions, segmentation, building journeys, customer lifecycle programs. They will also be developing cross-channel communications using all modules in Salesforce Marketing Cloud including but not limited to Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Content Builder, Contact Builder, Mobile Push and Mobile Connect.
