Lead System Architect Responsibilities A \ Lead System Architect will be accountable for ensuring the business and technical architecture of the delivered solution matches customer technical and functional requirements. Bring advanced knowledge of the Pega Architecture and all Pega design and implementation features and provide thought-leadership to fellow team members and the customer across business and technical project dimensions solving complex business requirements. The technical leader of a project team, responsible for mentoring and monitoring of the quality of team member’s deliverables. He/she will be expected to work independently to build out all or portions of a BPM application and mentor others to do the same.  Candidate Requirements :       • A positive attitude       •  Good communication and interpersonal skills       •  At least 5 years’ experience leading Pega projects       • Pega Lead System Architect Certified       • Experience in enterprise scale application design and development       • Strong experience scoping, planning, and delivering projects using iterative software development lifecycles over multiple release cycles       •  Experience in J2EE (JSP, Servlets, EJB, XML, Java), Oracle and/or DB2 and MS/SQL       •  Experience in WebSphere or WebLogic Application Server       • Strong OO experience       •  Pega Solution and Architecture of Enterprise Solution Design       • Computer Science, Information Systems, or related technical degree.
