Responsibilities
Charter's Spectrum Enterprise Experience Organization. He has a team of Principal Architects, and this position is for a Principal Architect
- The Focus for this person will be on Architecture for Identity Access Management, Authentication & Authorization. Basically architecting the solutions for managing a customer's ability to login and manage their account once they become a customer of Charter's B2B Segment, Spectrum Enterprise.
- This person will design the architecture for their SSO (Single Sign-On) and Federated Identity ecosystems

MUST HAVE skillsets:

• Must be a strong Identity Management or Identity Access Management (IDM & IAM ) Architect – experience architecting SSO (Single Sign On) and Federated Identity architecture
• Prefer they have experience doing the above for external customer facing applications/ portals in the TCOM or Wireless domain and/or B2B.
• Prefer they have secondary skills designing architecture for external customer-facing portals/ sites for omnichannel architecture such as customer account management portals/sites/IVRs/applications; chat for support; email marketing & loyalty programs
