Title: Salesforce Analyst / Salesforce Developer / Salesforce Project Lead

Location: remote

Salesforce Project Lead JD

  • Analyzing briefs and project requests from clients.
  • Assessing risks, opportunities, deliverables, and threats for projects.
  • Developing goals, tasks, and plans of development for Salesforce projects.
  • Liaising with clients and management about timelines, costs, and project objectives.
  • Managing a team of developers and consultants in developing Salesforce projects.
  • Developing metrics for each project to determine paths to success.
  • Communicating and acting as the first point of call for clients.
  • Conducting regular project meetings with your development team.
  • Ensuring that your team produces work that adheres to Salesforce's best-design principles.
  • Guiding and mentoring your team to achieve project outcomes.

Salesforce Project Lead Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in business management, project management, or a related field.
  • Certification in Salesforce administration or development.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in project management or professional services.
  • Excellent planning and strategic abilities.
  • Organized and meticulous in your work.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • A dynamic and adaptable mindset.
  • Professional and deadline-oriented.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage several projects at once.


Sr Developer JD:

  • Develop and document a detailed solution design, impart your subject matter expertise throughout life cycle.
  • Participate in complex applications and systems development, programming.
  • Propose various Salesforce solution options; generate stakeholder support.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders on project estimates.
  • Produce top-notch functional, technical and user interface designs.
  • Take business, Enterprise Architecture, system performance and development standards requirements, then develop functional, technical and user interface designs for an application and/or system.
  • Consult on development of the System Requirements Specification (SRS).
  • Review technical deliverables for quality throughout detailed design and development phase, identify gaps or redesign as needed.
  • Respect TD's technology delivery practices and standards, project management disciplines, business technology architecture, and risk and production capacity – this includes thorough project requirements, documentation, scope estimates and costs.
  • Deliver effective and efficient solutions by meeting milestones and ensuring project deliverables are on time, within budget, and adhere to the corporate quality and security standards.
  • Identify ways to minimize cost, play a role in introducing strategic solutions to support cost effectiveness and enhance stakeholder experience.
  • Conduct code reviews to address quality, standards compliance, reusability and ease of maintenance, Operational Readiness Reviews, and support gating and review sign-offs for solution design.
  • Support knowledge management processes and ensure knowledge is codified, monitored, tracked and managed.
  • Proactively Identify and address any issue that affects the integrity of the application ( e.g. cross-capability/release issues/security/performance).
  • Provide technical support to promptly resolve escalated incidents/outages.
  • Graduate degree. 8-12+ years experience in Salesforce ecosystem
  • Extensive knowledge on technical environment, standards, processes, procedures, programming languages.
  • Readiness and motivation to work autonomously in a lead capacity on a diverse range of activities (e.g. design, support of technical business solutions) and can be relied on to coach, educate and monitor the work of others.
  • Multiple Salesforce End-to-end large implementations

MUST HAVE:

  • Salesforce Development Experience (Apex, Visualforce, LWC, SOQL, SOSL)
  • External Salesforce plugins/tools : JSforce, SFDMU, Metadata, Data loads, deployments
  • Salesforce Platform Developer 1 cert + other technical certs.
  • Knowledge of APIs, Salesforce features & limits, Optimization techniques
  • Managing offshore/onshore team members

NICE TO HAVE:

  • Financial industry experience; Commercial Lending knowledge
  • nCino implementation, maintenance & consulting experience
  • Mulesoft Experience
  • Salesforce PDII and/or Designer/Architect certifications

 

 

Salesforce Developer JD:

  • Transform business requirements and research into winning delivery solutions;
  • Rigorously build and test applications.
  • Perform systems administration: monitor, configure, back-up, authenticate, tune.
  • Contribute to project plans, estimations, and status updates.
  • Identify issues, develop, and maintain processes that address and resolve them, (and be sure to communicate/alert stakeholders as needed).
  • Configure and develop custom components with technology partners (analysts, developers, designers etc.) to meet requirements and goals.
  • Ensure applications are free of common coding vulnerabilities (and follow standard security practices).
  • Proactively put forward ideas that speak to project objectives (e.g. development, testing solutions, and tools).
  • Complete unit and integration testing per standards and design specs.
  • Take part in scope assessment, risk and cost analysis.
  • Respect TD's technology delivery practices and standards, project management disciplines.
  • Stay on top of state-of-health monitoring and monthly SLA targets.
  • Apply and share technical expertise during incident management life cycle (e.g. analyzes reports and outages, perform impact assessments, facilitate stakeholder communication).
  • Graduate degree. 5-7 years Salesforce ecosystem experience
  • Extensive knowledge on technical environment, standards, processes, procedures, programming languages.

MUST HAVE:

  • Salesforce Development Experience (Apex, Visualforce, LWC, SOQL, SOSL)
  • Salesforce Dataloads (Querying, Inserting, Updating data)
  • Salesforce Platform Developer 1 Cert
  • Experience on Salesforce projects
  • Knowledge of APIs, Salesforce features, Salesforce limits
  • Salesforce Design experience
  • Manage offshore team members

NICE To HAVE:

  • Financial Industry experience
  • Commercial Lending knowledge

Sr Salesforce Analyst

  • Work with clients and end users to gather, understand, and define business requirements
  • Develop user stories and to-be process flows to support the design and development of Salesforce solutions for our clients
  • Work collaboratively with team members to design a solution that will meet a client’s business requirements and fulfill user stories
  • Complete the configuration for user stories within Salesforce, AppExchange products, or other cloud-based technologies
  • Collaborate with developers to test and verify that solutions will meet the business requirements
  • Participate in key meetings with clients including requirement sessions, system demos, user acceptance testing, and end user training

Requirements


  • 4-6 years of Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM Products to develop client or business solutions
  • Hands on experience configuring Salesforce or similar CRM Product, including workflows, validation rules, and security controls
  • Proven ability leveraging analytical and problem-solving skills in a fast paced environment
  • Detail-oriented individual with the ability to quickly ramp up on new clients, their business needs, and technologies
  • Strong presentation, communication (written and verbal) skills, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to juggle and prioritize multiple tasks within a collaborative team environment
  • Demonstrates flexibility and willingness to do what it takes to get the job done
  • Drive and desire to learn and grow both technical and functional skill sets
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio
  • Must have a Bachelor's Degree completed
