Job Description:        

Client Job Description - UST Global® is looking for a React senior Developer to build end to end business solutions and to work with one of the leading retail clients in the US. The ideal candidate must possess strong background on React + React Native resources technologies as described below. The candidate must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability and collaborate effectively with domain and technical experts in the team. This will be an individual contributor role and be expected to work without supervision from day one with high-level directions from a technical lead or a scrum master. Though the preferred location is Bentonville, AR, we are open for remote work options for the right candidate.      

Responsibilities: -     

As a React Native resources Senior Developer, you will Maintain active relationships with project stakeholders to understand business requirements, leads requirements gathering meetings and reviews designs with the product owner      

• Implement solutions developed in java to meet business and IT needs, ensuring technical viability of new projects and successful deployments      

• Integrating multiple technologies and data sources      

• Working within Agile development teams      

• Troubleshoots business and production issues by gathering information      

• Performing root cause analysis to reduce future issues      

• Ensure all solutions exhibit high levels of performance, security, scalability, maintainability, and appropriate reusability and reliability upon deployment      

• Identify and implement best practices and coach the stakeholders as needed      

• Create technical documentation and maintain the knowledge repositories      

• Adjust quickly to changing priorities and make quick decisions with limited information      

• Collaborate with Architects, Technical experts, and application SMEs in implementing complex end-to-end enterprise solutions      

REQUIREMENTS      

8+ Years of Experience needed.     

5+ years of experience in IT with 3+ years of experience in React Native framework and preferable experience with iOS and Android native coding· · Solid experience in large scale distributed systems and event-driven architectures ·      

MANDATORY SKILLS: -     

• Experience working on React library with latest concepts like hooks.      

• Experience working on React Native framework and preferable experience with iOS and Android native coding.      

• Experience with Redux architecture.      

• Experience working with Java script, CSS/SCSS.      

• Experience writing unit tests with jest, enzyme/react-native testing library.

Job Description:       

UST is looking for an Android developer will work with a team of talented engineers to design and build the next generation mobile applications. The core focus for the position will be on implementing software for mobile platform with an emphasis on UI/front end development.     

Android programming works closely with other app development and technical teams.     

Job Duties and Skills:     

• Demonstrates up-to-date expertise and applies this to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans     
• Executes Mobile Engineering projects - Participates in the discovery phase of small to medium size Mobile Engineering projects     
• Participates in peer code reviews and team development. Provides and supports the implementation of business solutions     
• Provides mobile engineering support to the business - Troubleshoots business and production issues for mobile devices     

Minimum Skills required: - Android native apps experience.     

• Min 5+ years exp - Experience with mobile software development using Java. –    
• Great experience with Kotlin and Java d development     
• Great experience with MVVM -Great experience with coroutines and live data     
• Experience with data binding -Experience with dependency injection (with Koin), data bases (using Room), RxJava     
• Great UI development experience, able to match as best as possible the sketches provided    
• Proactivity and clear communication is very important Additional Notes     

Minimum Education and Experience required:     

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field and 5 years of experience building scalable ecommerce applications or mobile software     

This is an independent contributor role and requires resource to operate with minimal to no supervision
