Role: Business Analyst (MDM)
Location: Remote, United States
Duration :6 months

Description: 
Qualifications/Requirements:
· Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science / Computer Engineering or STEM degree, Master's Degree Preferred
· 10+ years of experience as Business Analyst with strong experience in Master Data Management. Preferably, someone with EBX MDM experience
· 2-4 years of experience in Master Data Management (MDM) is a MUST
· Worked with various intake/development methodologies - Waterfall/Agile experience preferred – experience in independently processing requests through methodologies (gathering approvals, properly documenting, etc.)
· Experience with various data sourcing techniques identifying what data is needed to meet analytics requirements as well as proficient means for sourcing the data using the proper technical tools
· Ability to effectively communicate complicated data and analytics related subjects with both business and technical teams
· Experience having meetings and workshops with the Business Users to document their language term definitions, processes, etc.
· Should be able to create and present robust requirement specifications including business cases, use cases, user stories and non-functional requirements.
· Experience in working and collaborating with various senior business stakeholders and vendors to get the requirements signed-off.
· Must be client-facing, go-getter, and hands-on
· Must be able to work independently with minimal direction
· Self-Starter, motivated and proactive with strong time management skills and ability to juggle multiple efforts
· Excellent interpersonal, written/verbal communication, and leadership skills with the ability to quickly build credibility, influence and make recommendations to all levels
· Problem-solving; ability to break complex issues into manageable pieces and function successfully in a high-pressure, quick-turnaround environment
