Hi, Hope you are doing well!       Please see the job details below and let me know your comfortness :-   Role: Technical Writer/Publisher Location: Midvale Utah 84047 (remote) Duration :- Long Term Contract   Job description: Researches, designs, writes content and maintains procedure documentation. Collaborates with internal teams across departments to interview subject matter experts, determine what type of content is needed, translate business specifications, and research corporate policies. Responsible for producing high-quality content quickly, efficiently and ensure deadlines met. Edits all content to ensure documentation is created in a user-friendly format, consistent verbiage, provides clarity and conciseness for the intended audience. Published work includes user guides, workflow guidelines, checklists, and diagram maps. Other duties as assigned. Must have: Ability to learn banking terminology and functionality quickly Banking Experience Excellent verbal and written communication HTML Microsoft Office Suite Prior experience in technical writing or related field.
