Location : New Jersey Local Only

Tenure: Long Term

Need Experience on Corporate & Investment Banking, Equities and Fixed Income 

 

Job Summary:

• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams, ensuring alignment of requirements and deliverables.
• Partner with Research, Equities, FID, or M&A business functions to analyse processes, workflows, and requirements.
• Document and validate current processes and recommend improvements to achieve efficiency and accuracy.
• Gather, analyse, and translate business requirements into functional specifications for development teams.
• Support business research teams in adopting AI-powered productivity tools (e.g., Copilot).
• Facilitate workshops, requirement sessions, and stakeholder discussions with CIB stakeholders.
• Assist in planning, tracking, and delivery of initiatives; if applicable, manage project streams with end-to-end accountability.
• Provide support during testing, integration, and deployment phases of project lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards and industry regulations in all deliverables.

 

Must-Have Skills

• 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB).
• Strong knowledge of processes within Research, Equities, FID, or M&A domains.
• Hands-on experience in requirement gathering, process analysis, documentation, and stakeholder management.
• Proven experience working with senior stakeholders within CIB.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and analytical skills.

Good-to-Have Skills

• Experience using Copilot or AI productivity tools for research and process optimization.
• Prior experience as a Project Manager, with ability to manage timelines, risks, and deliverables.
• Exposure to digital transformation initiatives within investment banking.
